The short version
You are welcome to explore SarahAdams.org without telling me who you are. The site does not sell or rent personal information, and the current build does not include advertising trackers, public accounts, or public comments. The only on-site request form is the restricted Roll Call professional-access form described below.
What the site may receive
SarahAdams.org is hosted through GoDaddy managed WordPress services. Like most websites, the host, WordPress, and security tools may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. That may include an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, approximate location, date and time, and security or error logs.
This information helps keep the site working, secure, and understandable. It is not collected to build a personal file about you.
Information you choose to provide
Media, speaking, and booking requests are directed to Judy Wilkinson through an outside professional contact page. If you follow that link and send information, the receiving website and representative handle it under their own practices. Please do not send classified, confidential, medical, emergency, or other sensitive information through this website or its professional inquiry links.
Roll Call professional-access requests
The Roll Call form asks only for a requester’s full name, professional title or unit, and official government or agency work email. Personal email services are not accepted. The information is collected to verify current professional eligibility, review and document an access decision, prevent unauthorized disclosure, and communicate about restricted law-enforcement materials.
Roll Call request information is not used for marketing and is not sold. It may be processed by the site’s hosting, security, and email-service providers; reviewed by the people responsible for verification and release decisions; compared with public or official agency contact information; or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of restricted materials.
Request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate eligibility, document access decisions, communicate with the requester, investigate misuse, and meet legal or security obligations—generally no longer than 24 months after final action unless a longer period is reasonably required. A requester may use the privacy contact described below to ask about correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Cookies and connected services
The custom Sarah Adams theme and content plugin do not intentionally place advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies for authorized administrators, while hosting and security services may use similar technology for performance and protection.
The site also links to or displays material from services such as YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Rumble, Amazon, publishers, government archives, and news organizations. Google Fonts supplies the site’s web fonts. When outside content loads, or when you follow a link, that provider may receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
How information is handled
Technical information may be used to deliver pages, diagnose errors, understand broad site performance, prevent misuse, and comply with valid legal obligations. SarahAdams.org does not sell personal information. Hosting, security, maintenance, and connected-service providers may process information needed to perform their work.
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, operations, or legal obligations, subject to provider settings. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can promise perfect security.
Children
This is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information.

You may limit cookies through your browser, avoid loading outside services, or contact a third-party provider about information it controls.
